Find a great school

There are several great websites. My favorite is greatschools.net. You'll find it has alot of information about our area schools....test scores, number of students, student/teacher ratios, etc. Check it out. Whether you're moving to our area from out of town or moving from one neightborhood to another, you'l find this site helpful.

I guess the holidays are here. We're going to our first party this Saturday.

Lots of home showings

Wow! This was a busy weekend at The Shannon Team. A number of our homes had showings. That is really good news. That means we've got them priced right to attract the attention of agents and their clients. We're anticipating an offer on at least one property.

I think this just reconfirms that "price is everything"! If you want to get showings, you need to price agressively. The homes that showed this weekend are among the best priced for similar homes in the area.
